Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR). Seeing the beauty of our culture in the positive feedback of our friends from our neighboring countries. Philippines is vibrant and beautiful from all angle and i'm really proud to say i'm a Filipino.
I really love Pastel - the well savored and baked goodies of pastel is actually to hitch in because of the sweet flavor of Yema. We are assigned to cater and give assistance for the delegate, and i found very interesting conversation with them and create happy moments with my co-volunteers. I learned to mingle and start conversation. You can see the interest of Delegates in our country, asking about our culture, values, ethics, places to be proud of, and all Filipino stuff. Philippines is a vibrant and colorful country, we must show how colorful we are. I was given a chance to meet people all over the world and looking forward for longer conversation.
As what i saw, i felt jealous toward them because the delegate can go outside their country even they are still students. I wish i can do it the same and show the world - That I'm a Filipino and show the colors of my country. I'm also amazed by how these delegates have the grit to learn and mingle, they do have the interest to talk with you, they have the interest about learning and most of them are able to synchronize what they do have in their country for what they have found out here in the Philippines.
Learning is Fun but learning is not just about reading, arithmetic etc, but also to be able to learn things that are not bounded which are not teach-able inside our classroom, open yourself from everything. I knew i'm jealous but i'm more amazed to them.
