JPMAP Conference entitled "Gear up, Go forward - prepare yourself, toward corporate diversity" at Claro M. Recto Hall, Sta. Mesa Manila. I experience a terribly great seminar-concert, for student and soon to be HR Practitioners.
I learned that Diversification is already inside the corporate world, from discrimination to social hierarchy. In business world, you will be judged - from the beginning up to the final run. You have to know your rights and stand for what you believe, you have to be strong, bold, honest and truthful,
Business world is full of surprises, you have to entitle yourself as a strong individual with strong vision and you will be judge no matter what, but if you know who you are - justification is not needed. Because people tends to question your persona by what are the things they really want to hear, so stop proving your self - believe me.
