Three Tips You Need to Know when Commuting

Hey there, World! Gjorj here. :)

Last week, we went to Quezon City for an HR convention. It was my first time going there so it was a good thing that I had my classmates with me because if I am alone I could get lost.

I occasionally go to events like anime events and seminars, to learn and have fun. Usually these events are quite far and since I don't have a car, I have to commute and I need to be with someone to go there (I can't commute to far places alone yet...) So, if you don't commute to far places everyday like me, but you have somewhere to go, here are a few things you should always remember:

1. Bring snacks and water. Okay, so you have travelled far and wide, then suddenly you became hungry. It is best that you have some biscuits or snacks in your bag while you are stuck in traffic or on the go. It is bad to be hungry while you are traveling because you might faint or go weak. Also it is important to bring water to keep yourself hydrated, especially if you are the kind to save money and just do walk-trip. Speaking of money...

2. Make sure to have enough money. You should plan how much you will bring for your trip like for the commuting money back and forth, food money, and also money for buying the things you need and want. Worst scenario when you commute? You don't have enough money going home, so it is important to plan your money and bring extra money when you can.

3. Be alert with your surroundings. These days, there are just some people who do bad things to gain money or they do it because they have not been in their right minds. Make sure you protect your bag from anyone that can open your bag and take your wallet and valuables. Don't just take out your things all willy nilly, you should go to safe places to take them out whenever you need to use them. Always be alert, if you notice that somebody is suspicious, stay away because most likely that person will plan something bad. If you are with a group, stay close to them, do not get separated.

So those are the top three tips that I will advice to you people who are not adventurous but would like to go somewhere new to gain experiences.

I hope you enjoyed reading, and I'll write again soon. :)
