HR Student International Convention: Unbounded

We are 15 internationally inspired HR Students from the trade and commerce of the south. 15 proud biƱanense, fulfilling our duties as a dreamer and making our lives to the fullest. As a probinsyano it is quite difficult for us to travel back and forth in Manila for a very good occasion but if you have the grit to make it like me, i don't hesitate because learning is priceless.

The event was held at The Grand Ballroom, Hotel Rembrandt, Tomas Morato, Quezon City last 2nd of March this Year. It is Actually their 6th Annual International Convention. I really appreciate the glamour, the classic style combined with Filipino leitmotif. You can feel the rhythm that you are internationally prepared.

Their are hundred of life lessons and inspiring words that increases my morale as an HR student, from kind words of Mr. Philbert Berba of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Company. From the challenging yet eye opening scenarios of Mr. Delane Lim of Agape Training Academy (Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia) From motivating and inspiring stories of Mr. Pondet Ananchai of Find tech Co. Ltd and to know he is only about my age and From Comic yet Vision changing words of Mr. Michael Angelo Lobrin, one of the best selling authors of our country.

As i construct this article, this might be my last seminar as an HR Student joining an HR Convention because next time will be my professional seminar as practitioner in my future industry. Someone asked me, why don't we challenge ourselves to be speaker after five years from now, why not? Every time i attended a seminar i brought so many stories at home, i brought so many motivation to wake up the next day.

To be unbounded, doesn't mean we have to be internationally acclaimed, the event just want us to know that we can be limitless. To be unwrapped for all the things around us whether its from cultural diversity, equal employment from all genders, no view of discrimination, easy adaptation from all the rejection and learn from failure. Maybe being internationally prepared is one the best suit for corporate people and future industry player but when you seek deeper, being internationally prepared is about understanding that you live in a rounder world of networks that is connected with one another, nodes by culture, race, belief, value and even how we see people as well but in the same scenario all of us always see ourselves whether you are boy, girl, gay, lesbian, fat, petite, small, tall, dark toned, white toned all of us is a container of life particles. Seeing ourselves that we are brought here in the world to live. We have to make sure our lives is not bounded but living with pure and dedicated soul of kindness.

As a Management student participating in a kind of event like this, assure me that growth is always anchored to all expenses i spent, from financial, effort and time. Students should learn that we have to seek knowledge more than sitting in an arm chair, all the opportunities are only around our means, we have to spend more of our time wisely yet enjoyable, we have to give our very best effort to make people smile and to secure that our parents are investing wisely into us, at the end of the day as a Filipino youth, we have to return what they gave because behind those penny is hundred of sweat, tears and blood that they worked on. I'm fortunate that i'm able to join this fifteen unique individuals that showed me that being an HR Student is also being an epitome of management and infinity, because we are limitless. I'll ask you, are you unbounded?
