AIESEC successfully hosted the Youth Leadership Development Conference at the PUP Tanghalan Theater at College of Communication, Sta Mesa, Manila. AIESEC (Association internationale des étudiants en sciences économiques et commerciales) or International Association of Students in Economic and Commercial Sciences that empower youth engagement in community development.
AIESEC is a global youth network that aims to impact the world through leadership development experiences. It envisions "Peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential" by developing globally minded leaders that live by its six core values: Activating Leadership, Demonstrating Integrity, Living Diversity, Enjoying Participation, Striving for Excellence, and Acting Sustainability.

AIESEC hosts over 500 conferences every year that range in length and demographic scope. The purpose of conferences are to bring the international community of AIESEC members together to enhance their professional skills, provide networking opportunities, and work on organizational strategy. Topics of interest the organization focuses on include: Leadership, Sustainable development, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, and youth impact on modern society.
We are able to meet great young leaders from different universities. We are very fortunate to hear motivation, inspirational talk and encouragement from the speakers like Mr. Bernard Caasi of Unleash Leadership Training Group, Ms. Ada Cueresma of Voice Care Philippines, Mr. Jude Cuntapay, Ms. April Cuenca founder of Fliptrip.ph, Actress and Host Ms. Stephanie Sol, Founder of Chalre Associates Ms. Rebecca Bustamante-Mills, AIESEC Exhange Student Mr. Mikko Argonza and The Outstanding Filipino of Year 2014 Mr. Francis J. Kong.
We are able to clarify our purpose in life. As youth it is actually difficult to identify what is your purpose but when you found out that associations and organization like AIESEC that is willing to guide you through out the way.
